Objectives for the whole network, loaded in 1–2 days instead of a week

Quilmes sets volume objectives for each of its distributors, and each distributor cascades them to its team. The process lived in spreadsheets and depended on every supervisor. Today it is defined, allocated and tracked in a portal used by both the brand and its distributors.

Results

1–2 days

to load objectives, down from a week

70

distributors on the portal

The problem

Manage each distributor's volume objectives and cascade them to their teams without spreadsheets or data entry that depended on every supervisor.

What Tracy does

An objectives portal for loading, allocating and role-based tracking, with bulk editing for the whole network.

  • The brand loads the objectives and each distributor allocates them across its team.
  • Bulk editing: one or two users per distributor load everything, without depending on each supervisor.
  • Role-based tracking: managers, regional analysts, supervisors and sales reps each see their progress.

Status today

In production in 2026 with bulk editing.
